How to make yogurt bread
Step 1Mix bread dough
You break 1 chicken egg and stir, use about 40ml of eggs (the rest is left to spread on the cake in the next step). Continue to add in the eggs 60ml of fresh milk without sugar, 3g of dry yeast, 50g of unsweetened yogurt and stir well.
You put in another bowl 250g all-purpose flour, 10g sugar, 2g salt and mix well. Then, you add the yeast mixture just mixed in and mix well to combine the ingredients.
Step 2Stuffing bread dough
Use your hands to lightly knead the dough, then slowly start kneading the bread dough.
First you will fold the dough, then use your hands to press and spread the dough away. Note that you press and spread the dough away, not down! Next, rotate the dough at an angle of 90 degrees and then repeat the kneading as above for 10 minutes.

Tips to identify satisfactory flour:

Test the dough by breaking off part of the dough, stretching it out. If the powder forms a thin film, it is not easy to tear and light can pass through.
Step 3Incubate cake dough
Put the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and let rise for about 40 minutes, until the dough has doubled in size!
Hot Tip: You can check if the dough has rested by pressing deeply into the dough with your hands. If the indentation stays the same, that’s it!
Step 4Divide and shape the cake
You divide the dough into 8 equal parts , then roll it!
Step 5Second incubation and baking
You put the cake into the mold and then let it rest for about 40 minutes – 2 hours , until the dough has doubled in size. Mix the rest of the eggs with 10ml of unsweetened fresh milk, then spread the mixture evenly into the cake.
Preheat the oven to 160 – 170 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes ! Then put the cake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until the cake is bright yellow.
When the cake has just come out of the oven, close the lid and let it sit for about 10 minutes to make the cake even softer!
